c) Exercise for one hour for raising family integrity

Married men, declare the following concerning your family:

Today, I pledge my allegiance to the wife of my youth and to the Lord God who is the witness between us. Because she is my companion and the wife of my covenant, I shall love and cherish her as Christ loved the Church. I take heed to my spirit and declare that I shall not strike her neither deal treacherously against her (Malachi 2:14-16).

Along with her, I sanctify our seed as a godly seed raised to serve the living God and in accordance with Psalm 91, verses 14 to 16, we shall dwell in the covenant of the love of God and will call upon Him and He will answer us. He will be with us in trouble, will deliver us and honour us. He shall satisfy us with long life and show us His salvation, amen.

Our seed shall be taught of the Lord and great shall be their peace.

As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so shall our children be. They shall speak with and resist the enemy at the gate.
Psalms 127 KJV. We shall walk before the Lord and be perfect. Genesis 17.

Married women, declare the following concerning your husband:

Today, I pledge my allegiance to my husband in the presence of the Lord God Almighty who is the witness between us both. As the bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh, I pledge to continue to be the help meet for him as God ordained right from the beginning. I submit to him as unto the Lord and declare in accordance with Scriptures that he is my head.

Along with him, I sanctify our seed as a godly seed raised to serve the living God and in accordance with Psalm 91, verses 14 to 16, we shall dwell in the covenant of the love of God and will call upon Him and He will answer us. He will be with us in trouble, will deliver us and honour us. He shall satisfy us with long life and show us His salvation, amen.

Yes integrity begins from our home and if we fail to raise the bar right from there ,then we have failed in our campaign, therefore we must work on our family first before thinking on the larger society
